Nipigon is the kind of dog who makes mushing easy. He is eager, easy going, eats well, runs with such focus and is a complete sucker for attention. This leggy muscle head is just as comfortable charging down the trail as he is soaking up the heat from the wood stove. He is a super sled dog whose focus and attitude are so impressive. We fixed this guy in his 2nd year due to his difficulty keeping on the weight (oh the kibble that boy consumes!), and now we wonder if that was a mistake as he now is up there as one of the most solid, strong headed dogs. He and his brother Minnitaki level up this team with their athleticism, and melt our hearts with their affection.
