On The Land Racing

Jesse and Mary train two teams every year and participate in mid and long distance sled dog races in Canada and the USA. With our kennel of about 25-30 dogs, we are able to train two racing teams, a competitive A-team, and a puppy/B-team.

Mary usually runs the puppies, enjoying the slower pace, unruly chaos and pausing often for team morale checks.

Jesse knows how to manage a team to their full potential and thrives finding that sweet spot where dogs and musher are functioning as a high performance pack. 2026 marks the year Jesse will be running the Iditarod as a Rookie!
