Clay is the biggest his littermates, approaching in both size and general appearance of his brother-from-another-littler Minnitaki. Clay has a real gentle side to him. This year will be his first racing year, though he did train up with the team as a yearling. We opted to leave him out of the race circuit as he simply did not seem ready for that level of excitement. Often times a dog will need more time and pushing them too early can be detrimental. Clay’s siblings are all exceptional sleddogs and he has all the potential to rock the team this year too! We make sure to give this big oaf extra love during daily dog chores, and the affection he gives back to us is absolutely heart warming.
